This project covers 50 acres and includes a 210 patient care units facility, stormwater management facilities with regional design considerations for interfacing and connections to the proposed Chain of Lakes project. FDOT access and road realignments were implemented for safety and vehicle access issues. The are included designing a 2.56 acres of created wetlands adjacent to the Indian River Lagoon Blue-way for mitigating wetland impacts.
The site development included 100,000 S.F. attraction on a 5.5 acre site. The project included minimization of impacts to environmental sensitive wetlands while making that transition form mother earth to high-tech and mans exploration of the heavens above.
This is a continuing service contract that includes engineering needs as requested.
This 2,800-acre RV Resort in North Brevard includes R.V. sites, home sites, golf, tennis, swimming, community center, nature trails, and a restaurant.
This 91.92-acre subdivision is located in West Melbourne and consist of 260 lots, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer and potable water utilities, and new road construction.
This 50,000 S.F. facility is located at the gateway to space along the NASA Causeway. The facility will include a memorial to those officers that have fallen in the line of duty. The museum has memorabilia highlighting the history of law enforcement.
This project was for the City of Titusville consisting of three roads and included a Traffic Control Plan and Area II stormwater management facility.
The project covers approximately 32 acres along the Indian River Lagoon in the City of Titusville. This park is unique due to having over 1/2 mile of shoreline. The design process started with a clean slate and through public input and advisory board review the concept design was established. Input was received from the City of Titusville, Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department, the Park Advisory Board, user groups, and the general public.
This 26.50-acre home improvement retail store in Titusville includes garden center, parking, stormwater and all required utilities.
This is a 142± acre master planning area which will include approximately 42 acres of regional stormwater management facilities serving the City and the Department of Transportation needs. This facility is only in the conceptual stage.
YMCA of Titusville has raised over 1.7 million dollars within the North Brevard community for expansion of their Titusville facility. Honeycutt & Associates is a very community minded firm and has donated all the site development and environmental permitting services for this project.
